Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Boutique Dynafité purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mountaineering ski boots (Chaussures de ski rando) that show signs of outdoor use
  • Snowboard boots (Boots snowboard) with visible wear
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request

    Subject: Return Request – Order #[order number]

    Dear Boutique Dynafité Team,

    I would like to return/exchange (delete as appropriate) the following item:

    • Product reference:
    • Order number:
    • Reason for return:

    I confirm the item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging.

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Our team will review your request and send a return authorization within 48 hours.

  3. Prepare Your Package

    Carefully pack the item with all original accessories, tags, and include a copy of your invoice.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  5. Confirmation

    We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card via Stripe or PayPal account)

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate in your email the product you wish to exchange for (reference, size, color)
  3. We will ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Additional shipping charges for the exchange item apply

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (snowboard, bindings, etc.):

  3. We will arrange a free return and expedited replacement
